After 2 1/2 years of struggling with infertility we are so excited to watch our little peanut grow. This is a 3D ultrasound at 11 weeks and I am amazed at how much this baby has already developed. I am now at 14 weeks and am doing amazing. I haven't had much morning sickness but the fatigue has been a killer.

Last week Brady made the comment I think Karly either is going to have puppies or she already has somewhere because she has milk coming in. Saturday morning I walked out to the barn and Karly came crawling out from under the floor when I heard some wimpering. I got down there and peeked under the floor and there he was. Just ONE puppy. It is half German Shepard half bull dog. I think he is cute but Brady not so much. I feel like such a horrible parent. I didn't even know she was pregnant. He has the coloring of his momma and the face of his daddy.

We have had quite the 3 weeks. So first about 3 weeks ago I wrecked the prius. It may look like it was my fault but it wasn't!!! This lady swerved in front of me and slammed on her brakes. Her car had a tiny scratch on it was all. Then on this last Monday our business truck wouldn't start. It took 2 days of Brady's hard work to get it running again. Then this last Wednesday night Brady was leaving our house to play basketball and the exaust pipe fell off our blue honda. All of our vehicles are having issues.

Update on Our Lives

Just wanted to give everyone an update on our lives. Brady will graduate in April with a Bachellors in Exercise and Sports Science. We aren't really sure what he is going to do with yet maybe Fitness Training or something. We have just decided to buy Brady's brother's Lawn and Landscaping business that Brady has been working for every summer for the past 6 years. His brother just moved to Wyoming to teach and offered the business to us. We are very excited for the future. I am still working at Rosemark Women Care Specialist and i really like it there. We had a great Christmas and are so greatful for our wonderful families and friends.

A Week in Palasades

I haven't posted anything in such a long time. We are doing great. Brady is almost done with school for the semester which keeps him very busy. He only has two semesters left (I'm so excited). I am still working at Rosemark (Women's Care office) and I love it there. We have been working hard to make our house look better so i decided to post some pictures of our hard work.

This is the front yard. When we first bought the house 1 year ago this month the grass was all dead. We planted more grass and watered the old hoping it would come back. We still have to finish the white fencing.

Brady worked so hard to get our pasture done so we could bring our horses from my in-laws.

As you can tell we dont have the electric fense working yet and the horses know it.
This is Carly, our German Shepard. She just showed up at my in-laws house one day with out a tag or anything when she was quite young. She has been a great dog.

Brady and I went to Sun Valley to Celebrate our Anniversary and also his B-day. It was fun to get away from everthing and just spend time together. Brady thought it would be fun to take a picture in our white robes from the hotel.....so here it is.

We did a little snowboarding. This was the first time in 2 years.....not a good time of the year to spend the majority of the time on your BUTT!! I only went down the mountain once and i let brady go off by himself to have fun.

Sorry it has been forever since my last post. We are so happy to be living in our house now and we have the basement almost done. It is nice to have your own space. I am currently working at Rosemark as an LPN. I love it. It has been such a relief to work somewhere that people really work together and I love all the doctors. Brady has been working for his brother in his landscaping company and now his snowplowing. Lately without having much snow fall he has been spending all him time working on our house. He will be going back to school here in January.

We are excited for this Christmas season to spend time with all the family that we dont see very often. I am kinda sad my brother and sister-in-law aren't coming but i still love you Jared and Kenna. I will be excited to see you when you come with your almost here new baby. We are taking family pictures this week so i will be posting more pictures in the future.

So just an update on what is going on in our lives. We bought a house in Shelley. It is an old farm house that needed some updates. These are some pictures of what the house looked like when we first started tearing stuff out.

These pictures are as of 08/20/09. We needed to change a few things because the only bedroom upstairs was really small and we do plan on having kids in the future so we needed to have room to put it somewhere. We added on a new bedroom in the living room and with doing that would take out a big chunk of the living room so we needed to move the bathroom door out of the middle of the room. We took a little space from the small bedroom to make a hall way.

We decided that we were going to do something because we didn't really have a Honeymoon and we didn't do anything last year so we got a nice hotel in SLC to spend the weekend. They were doing construction right outside our room so we didn't even get to sleep in......ugh.

We had Kyler over to play while Missy was at school or something. I decided to clean the house since i had some down time and Ky thought he would help. It took like ten minutes to vacum instead of the usual 3 minutes. He is such a good helper.

Dear Mrs. Samsel,

Over the past six months, your husband has been causing quite a commotion in our store We cannot tolerate this behavior and have been forced to ban both of you from the store. Our complaints against Mr. Samsel are listed below and are documented by our video surveillance cameras.
1. June 15: Took 24 boxes of condoms and randomly put them in people's carts when they weren't looking
.2 .July 2: Set all the alarm clocks in House wares to go off at 5-minute intervals.
3. July 7: Made a trail of tomato juice on the floor leadingto the women's restroom.
4. July 19: Walked up to an employee and told her in an official voice, 'Code 3 in House wares. Get on it right away.'
5. August 4: Went to the Service Desk and tried to put a bag of M&M's on layaway.
6. August 14: Moved a 'CAUTION - WET FLOOR' sign to a carpeted area.
7. August 15: Set up a tent in the camping department and told other shoppers he'd invite them in if they would bring pillows and blankets from the bedding department
8. August 23: When a clerk asked if they could help him he began crying and screamed, 'Why can't you people leave me alone?'
9. September 4: Looked right into the security camera and used it as a mirror while he picked his nose
10. September 10: While handling guns in the hunting department, he asked the clerk where the antidepres sants are located.
11. October 3: Darted around the store suspiciously while loudly humming the 'Mission Impossible' theme.
12. October 6: In the auto department, he practiced his'Madonna look' by using different sizes of funnels.
13. October 18: Hid in a clothing rack and when people browsed through, yelled 'PICK ME! PICK ME!'
14. October 21: When an announcement came over the loud speaker, he assumed a fetal position and screamed 'OH NO! IT'S THOSE VOICES AGAIN!
And last, but not least
15. October 23: Went into a fitting room, shut the door, waited awhile, then yelled very loudly, 'Hey! There's no toilet paper in here!

So for halloween we ended up at my grandparents home. Brynly was a doctor (who kept closing her covering her eyes), Brady was Mario from Nintendo, I was a football player (boring, i know. I couldn't find anything else to be. I was lazy.), Shannon was off starwars and Emmy was a ladybug.

So Brady is starting to look like a mountain man. I told him needs to trim or shave it but he doesn't want to for another week. He went and played football with some friend up in rexburg. He was the only one with any facial hair. He looked funny out there playing. I still love him though.

He makes me laugh. I was sitting on the couch studying and he came over told me that he was going to shave and he wanted a picture of his long beard. I have my books and papers all over my lap.

Hurley

So we just got this little guy. We named him Hurley because he is really cubby like Hurley on lost. Haha. We are hoping he will thin out a little bit. He had eaten off his mom way too long. He is soo playful. He weighs about 2.5 lbs and is 9 weeks old. His dad was 2 lbs and his mom was 4 lbs. We are hoping he will stay really small. Penny our older dog is a little Jealous right now but i'm sure she will start to like him.

So Brady has been working in potatoes driving truck for the last 2 weeks and i hate it. I never see him. He leaves at like 8 in the morning and doesn't get home until like midnight. It sucks. I miss him like crazy and i get sooooo bored. Some days we dont say more than like 5 words to each other the whole day. I dont know how people do it. I've just been hoping that tomorrow, Saturday, is going to be wet and cold so that he can stay home with me and we can spend some time together.

Emmy came and stayed one night with us while SueAnn and Trent were at Lake Powell. She was playing on the couch and the next thing i know she has thrown all the pillows on the floor and was falling, at first, off the couch into the pillows. Then she got daring enough to start jumping. It was soo funny to watch.

We then had Kyler over to play while Missy and Andy went out to dinner. Brady was supposed to be watching them while i made dinner and look what happened.

They though it would be fun to play in our tree pot. Emmy put dirt down kylers pants and shirt and all over the floor. Kyler like it and even liked to eat it.

#1. I absolutly LOVE... I mean CRAVE Aspargus and Chocolate. I NEED chocolate everyday but i crave aspargus everyday. I cant have it everyday because it is sooo expensive.

#2. I am terrified of any spiders! I hate them. There was one time my sisters and i were cooking in my mom's kitchen. My brother was down stairs and a spider landed on my shoulder. I riped off my shirt and ran into the other room. I hate them. My husband never kills them either. It drives me crazy.

#5. I love to read, but I have to be "in to" the book by the first chapter or I can't read it, it takes weeks or months to finish. If I like it by the first chapter I could finish it in hours or days.

At the Lake

We went up to the lake with my grandparents and it was a blast. These three man tubes are soooo fun. Missy, Andy, Brady and I went on them and it was awesome.

Table Rock

So the day after we got home from Baltimore I had to leave for girls camp. I am the Laurals advisor and I love it. Wednesday we Brady and I hiked Table Rock with some of the girls. It was hard but fun.

Up on Table Rock there was a Rock Chuck that would eat out of our hands.

There was still a little bit of snow.

We had to cross the river coming down huckleberry 4 or 5 times but we had to take off our shoes and go through the water twice. Good thing we brought water shoes to cross with.

MARYLAND & WASHINGTON DC

So this last week has been a crazy one. We went to Maryland to see Cassie, Devan, and Drostan. That is where Brady served his mission so he showed us some of the places he lived. We went all around. We went to the Baltimore aquarium and it was awesome.

This turtle had the longest neck i've ever seen.
We both loved the dophin show.

We thought this was a fun picture.

The temple there is amazing. It is soo big and beautiful with all of the trees around. When going down the interstate, you come up over a hill and the temple just like pops out and it looks like it is floating. They had to dim the lights at night because there was too many accidents from people looking at it.
DROSTAN....is sooo cute. He is a little flirt with those big eyes.
Cassie and Devan were awesome tour guides. We had lots of fun walking around Washington D.C.

Before we got married we went fishing in the riverbottoms by his parents house. I was wearing waders into the river and as you can tell they had holes in them. Notice that i caught two fish and brady only one and both of mine were bigger. Heck ya.

This was my first time snowboarding. We went to powder mountain with Brady's family and the mountain was like a sheet of ice. By the time we were done my butt hurt so bad i could barely walk and i couldn't sit down.Here we are doing all the things that we love to do.

Brady and I were married on March 10, 2007. It was the happiest day of my life. The ceremony was perfect and there were a lot of people there to support us. My mother-in-law made my dress she is amazing.

We forgot the rings for the ceremony so we exchanged rings outside the temple. It was fun.
